INGRESS, EGRESS & STORAGE

The very first part of our process once on site is to unload our equipment, the faster we can do this, the easier the whole build phase will be.

  • Our equipment will arrive on a large heavy goods vehicle (approx. 22m x 4.5m x 4.2m), we will require safe ingress and egress for the vehicle to within 50m of the LED Gantry/DHI towers site for the rig/de-rig. The terrain of the access route must be suitable for large, heavy vehicle. Any costs incurred to recover a stranded vehicle would be passed on to the LOC.

  • Following unload, the truck will require secure parking for the duration of the event, within a few miles of the site

  • We require a “boneyard” storage area for our flightcases and spare equipment within 150m of the gantry area. This area must be approx. 30 square meters to accommodate the cases. When operating a split site, a second storage site will be required near DHI.
