BIG SCREENS

Our show relies heavily on LED screens provided by the LOC. Please ensure the locations of these screens are indicated on the Iventis map as soon as possible. We require total and uninterrupted control of your LED screens from the Wednesday of race week.

• We will supply a single “program out” feed (3G-SDI) to your screens which must be collected from our cabin. This connection needs to be hard wired all the way from our cabin to the screen, wireless transmission is not acceptable.

• Your big screen provider will be required to collect our video feed from the sports presentation cabin as a 3G SDI, we do not run cables to any other service.

 

As with all aspects of our delivery, the build phase is preceded by unloading the truck, please see here for more information on our unloading/loading requirements.
