MISCELLANEOUS

We have a few general requirements that help make life easier for all involved.

PARKING:

We require parking passes and parking spaces for up to four cars/vans close to the sports presentation cabin on event days.

​

CREW/VOLUNTEERS:

To facilitate a quick and safe build/de-rig, we require 4 local crew or volunteers during the unload and de-rig/loading. Times will be confirmed in the DRS, generally 08:00-10:00 on the Tuesday of race week and 18:30-21:00 on the Sunday post race.

LIGHTING

Dependant on sport timings and local conditions, we may need portable lighting towers to aid safe working in hours of darkness. Please ensure this is available if required.

ADVERTISING/ADDITIONAL SHOW CONTENT/SIDE EVENTS & ATTRACTIONS

All advertising and video content must be uploaded to the sharepoint and approved by WBD by 17:00 on the Monday of race week. If you have any additional events, side attractions etc, please let us know by email at the earliest opportunity.
