SPORTS PRESENTATION CABIN

This is our office for the duration of your event and our “gallery” where we run our show from. This can be a shared area provided it is relatively quiet. Ideally this will be relatively close to the finish area with a direct line of site.

If we are operating a combination of disciplines, we may need a Sports Presentation Cabin at the site of each discipline, depending on the locations. This will be discussed on an individual basis.

As with all aspects of our delivery, the build phase is preceded by unloading the truck, please see here for more information on our unloading/loading requirements.

Ideal Layout:

We require a cabin with minimum 6m x 3m dedicated space for ADI, if the cabin is being shared with commentators, audio operators other event crew, there must be additional space provided for them on top of this.

Power:

To safely run our playout equipment we require 1 x 32/3Phase - 5Pin (3P + N + E) terminated with a ceeform/commando/IEC 60309 which runs into the cabin through a cable port (cables through doorways/windows are not acceptable).

Furniture/Fixtures:

Minimum of 4.5m of linear desk space (3 x 1500mm trestle tables), 6 x office chairs, cable access points, windows.

Connectivity:

Hard wired internet connection with 100Mbps unfiltered asymmetric connection. This must not be behind any firewall which restricts our traffic. We send a large amount of content backwards and forwards to our UK office, a fast and stable internet connection is vital.
