LED Gantry

Introducing our state-of-the-art LED gantry, a key feature in our XCC/XCO events. This impressive structure, spanning over 60m², showcases ultra high-resolution LED displays that enhance every moment of our presentations, from thrilling sports action to exciting pre-show broadcasts.

The build process is intricate and labor-intensive, kicking off on the Tuesday of race week. To ensure a seamless setup, we encourage you to verify that all requirements are accurate and prepared prior to our arrival on site.

As with all aspects of our delivery, the build phase is preceded by unloading the truck, please see here for more information on our unloading/loading requirements.

Plant Machinery:

To enable us to safely build the LED Gantry, we require plant machinery which meets a specific minimum requirement. This equipment can be shared across site, but we will need dedicated use during the build and derig phases. Unless discussed otherwise, the plant machinery will be required from 09:00 on the Tuesday of race week, through until 18:00 on the Wednesday.

All Terrain Mobile Elevated Working Platform (MEWP) with minimum 7m reach with English speaking operator.

Power:

A stable and sufficient power supply is essential to successful deployment of the gantry. Unless discussed otherwise, power will be required from 12:00 on the Tuesday of race week.

Dedicated power, 1 x 63/3 - 5Pin (3P + N + E) terminated with a ceeform/commando/IEC 60309. Delivered to the gantry leg with 5m of slack cable.
